"Lange Nacht der Offenen Schule" 2023.

Description

The "Lange Nacht der Offenen Schule" event was meant as a meeting point for former Couven Gymnasium students. The school provided the venue, and former students, parents, and neighbors were able to showcase their cultural abilities. It was not only the auditorium of Couven Gymnasium that needed to be filled with technical equipment.

The technical preparation, which spanned multiple months, was a task I took on with utmost dedication. In addition to coordinating with the project lead, artists, and equipment suppliers, I was entrusted with the responsibility of creating construction plans and any other necessary documentation. It was a role I undertook with a sense of duty and commitment.

During construction, I was primarily focused on coordinating my team members. Lighting was an especially difficult task as a lot of equipment needed to be placed. Large lighting setups were planned for the main entrance and in front of the cafeteria.

On the event day, I oversaw the program schedule in the auditorium and sorted out any communication between the project lead, paramedics, and other personnel.
